The Mariners Inn Owners Association (MIOA) controls

the common elements which includes the common

area, food and beverage and conference facilities

among others. The hotel rooms are managed by

Atlantic Resort Managers, Inc. (ARMI) which is owned

indirectly by the MIOA. ARMI holds the management

contract with Allegiance Hospitality Service Company,


LLC, a division of Omni Hotels, for operation of the hotel. ARMI also holds the franchise agreement with

Hilton Hotels Corporation for the hotel's use of the Hilton logo, registration system and guest amenities.

Upon purchase, each owners signs an agency agreement with ARMI to enable management of the hotel.

ARMI and the MIOA are governed by separate Boards of Directors. The organization also includes an

Advisory Board to address owner concerns and to facilitate participation by owners in the operation of ARMI

and the MIOA. Owners are also eligible for participation on the Advisory Board as well as the Boards of

Directors of ARMI and the MIOA.


The owners meet three times each year at the hotel with representatives of ARMI to facilitate material

participation by owners. The material participation meetings feature meetings with hotel staff and Board

members. They also include social opportunities and the opportunity to meet in small groups to learn about

and provide input to hotel operations.
